Due to the engineering excellence of modern equipment and cutting-edge technology we offer an all-season production of vegetables, berries and flowers in the greenhouses of a well-known Korean company “SGT”. Suffice it to say that the “SGT” greenhouses are used in Japan, Holland, Canada and other countries. Moreover, “SGT” constructed two greenhouse complexes in Northern Kazakhstan and Russia.  The company has successfully designed and implemented more than 40 types of various greenhouses.

The innovative structural concept and know-how of the equipment and technology automatize a growing in a greenhouse process making it environmentally-friendly, easy and cost-effective. The structural features enable to set up greenhouses of various widths: 12m, 13m, 14m, 15m, 16m, 17m, 22m, 24m. All the structures are certified as seismic resistant and can withstand any landslides or falls. The length of a greenhouse amounts to 98 m while the height of a structure amounts to 10, 5 m. Due to its width, lateral and mid height, a greenhouse is quite spacious and, therefore, more cost-effective in terms of heating and adaptable in terms of creating more suitable working environment in comparison with other greenhouses. The structural features of the greenhouses consider the appliance of large-sized tillage machinery. Thus, the greenhouses can be used for growing under cover. The frame of a greenhouse is formed with hot galvanized steel pipes; therefore, the structure is highly resistant to vertical and horizontal load. The frame of joists carries a snow load up to3000 kg/m2, a wind load - of 150 m/sec etc. The dead load of the structure is decreased and the strength properties are improved because of the special patented couplings. The structural features reduce more than tenfold the construction terms and commissioning.  

Unique greenhouse cladding.

There are several types of cladding that are used for a greenhouse construction.

Four-layered heat-retaining cladding enables to:

reduce shadow square by 83% in comparison with conventional greenhouses.

This type of cladding is called “breathing” as in winter it absorbs external fresh air maintaining consistent even temperature and humidity within a greenhouse and secures it from undesirable microbiota including various bacteria and powdery mildew.

Multilayered heat-retaining cladding is stocked with automatic reel-tension system which guarantees silent opening and closure.

Multilayered heat-retaining cladding is a soil warmer for organic production.

Using solar energy and crop energy, it provides a heat-retaining effect of 70-80% and economizes more than 50% of soil warming fuel.

Three-layered aluminum shield

Due to its heat-retaining effect, a three-layered aluminum shield guarantees fuel economy.

It prevents temperature rise and warrants an effective temperature control for plants in summer.

At night the shield averts thermal yield.

Thus, fuel economy is maintained.

The term of service of these types of cladding amounts to 15 years.

One-layered and double-layered polyolefin film (PF).

The term of service of the film is 15 years.

The film prevents dew formation and condensation.

The film has an effective heat-retaining capacity which economizes fuel consumption by 10%.

Clearing index and self-purification capacity are high.

Dust and dirt don’t accumulate on the surface even after a long-term usage.

The film is highly resistant to unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoon, wind, rain and snow.

Moreover, it is resistant to hail due to its capacity to bear the brunt.

The film has high specific weight (0,98) and density.

Multilayered fluorinated film (MF)

The term of service of the film is more than 20 years.

The film guarantees: Excellent heat emission High-temperature strength;

Resistance to chemicals (fuel, oils, acids, pesticides);

High resistance to weather conditions (hail, snow, wind, rain, operating temperature range from  650С to + 1500С);

Self- purifying surface from dust, snow, dirt and etc.;

Long-term resistance to UV radiance;

Unequaled transmission of all visible spectrum rays including UV rays;

Minimal reflection index;

Choosing the greenhouses of the SGT Korean company, you get a vast range of advantages:

1.    The innovative systems of cladding and construction guarantee bountiful harvest: cucumber harvest amounts to more than 100 kg/m2 while tomato harvest amounts to more than 85 kg/m2.

2.    New types of cladding are hardly compatible with glass in terms of service time. However, their capacity to withstand climate-relevant impact is higher as glass is considered to be more fragile.
